The scope and duration of individual contracts varies. We will discuss and agree on a framework prior to commencement. We are quite flexible with the duration of contracts and endeavour to work to suit your timetable. It is understood that several short interactions over a period of time has the best outcomes. We travel and stay as close to the clients office as possible during this time. 

HEALTH CHECK

This is an overview of a business and the way it is performing in the view of the manager. Some perceived inefficiencies may not in fact be the problem, but may be resultant from deeper structural procedures or lack thereof. Once we are aware of issues, we can dig deeper to obtain a true picture of what is happening currently.

EVALUATION

As part of implementing new procedures, more effective technology will sometimes need to be investigated. We can help in the evaluation of competing software solutions to suit the unique requirements of the business. We can then put forward a recommendation.

PROCESS AUDIT

We carry out a thorough audit of all current processes and procedures in and between all departments of a business. Inefficiencies and bottlenecks are identified and discussed. We can then design new procedures, sometimes utilising your current technology, to make your office more efficient, hence streamlining your project management.

IMPLEMENTATION

Once new technology has been purchased, we can work with the vendors and role this out throughout the business. Working and training all stakeholders, so the business gets the full benefit of its investment. Too many times we see underutilised software, and inflated staff numbers. This is a cost to the business.  

TEAM APPRAISAL

It sometimes takes a fresh set of eyes overviewing a business to realise that some staff members with certain skill sets are being underutilised, and yet other team members are out of their depth and are not performing to requirements.
